All hospitality services staff are trained on each aspect of their job by managers and training supervisors, and our managers are trained on site, online, and on campus at the MasterCorp U training center.

Our hospitality managers and supervisors are training staff every day. New hires must demonstrate job proficiency before working on site without supervision.
Through online modules our managers complete a curriculum of courses on all phases of hospitality management, which they use as a resource year round.
Our regional training centers provide hands-on instruction and training certification in the 7 Steps process as well as leadership skills for managers.

We make the safety of our people, your staff, and all guests a priority. With education and awareness, we believe we can prevent most accidents on site.
When accidents do occur, we have reporting procedures in place that allow us to provide quick and appropriate responses to specific types of injury.
Our web-based program guides us through a process to identify the root cause of each accident, then measures are taken to mitigate future accidents.
To minimize accidents, new hires receive safety training and all staff attends a monthly safety meeting. The team is rewarded for accident-free records.
Our service managers form site safety committees with a representative from each position. Risks are identified and a plan of action developed for prevention.
Our people are trained to properly apply and store cleaning chemicals. Eye wash stations are positioned in the supply room where chemicals are stored.
