Our 7 STEPS TO CLEAN™ brand service is a fine-tuned, systematic approach for delivering consistent cleans efficiently and on time. Our certified trainers teach the process to housekeeping and floor care staff from their first day.
Inspect & Train
MasterCorp’s Inspect & Train System assures that properties are kept clean and well maintenanced and that guest and meeting rooms show no evidence of prior occupancy. Inspectors can fix any issues they find and retrain staff, as needed.
Each quarter, an unannounced service audit inspection is conducted at every property by corporate auditors (who are also trainers). The inspection follows a thorough checklist that drives accountability.

MasterCorp assumes responsibility for staffing all hospitality services positions, which includes forecasting staffing levels, recruiting an accurate number of staff, and handling pre-boarding, new hire orientation, and other HR issues, as well.
MasterMind™ is our customized application that streamlines virtually all administrative elements of hospitality services management. Staff can report completed tasks and receive individual assignments in real time by smart phone.
