To build solution-based communication, MasterCorp managers work with resort-level managers each week (and regional managers monthly) to establish the primary areas for focus and to evaluate the actions taken using metrics that measure effectiveness. Also, these meetings are good opportunities to review the schedule for deep cleans, carpet extractions, and encapsulations.
