inspect & train
Our Supervisors inspect to be sure every room is clean, well maintenanced, and fully inventoried. If a room is not guest-ready, the inspector will either correct the problem or bring the housekeeper back into the unit for re-training.
MasterCorp offers a comprehensive, detailed maintenance clean or deep clean. Our annual or semiannual maintenance cleans give each room a fresh start and reduce the appearance of wear on floors, fabrics, and appliances.
We offer inventory control and maintenance reporting without charge, as a part of our detailed inspection. Every time a room or unit is to be occupied, physical inventories are taken and replenished from property supply.
Our housekeeping staff documents and reports maintenance problems from the room. Since our housekeepers and inspectors detail each unit, they are the most likely to discover maintenance concerns before the guest arrives.
