Accessibility Statement

MasterCorp is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone, and applying the relevant accessibility standards.

Measures to support accessibility

MasterCorp, Inc. takes the following measures to ensure accessibility of MasterCorp.com:

  • Assign clear accessibility goals and responsibilities.

Conformance status

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) defines requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. It defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA. MasterCorp.com is partially conformant with WCAG 2.0 level AA. Partially conformant means that some parts of the content do not fully conform to the accessibility standard. We are committed to continuous growth and improvement and some parts of the content may be under development.

Additional accessibility considerations

Although our goal is WCAG 2.0 Level AA conformance, we have also applied some Level AA 2.1 Success Criteria: 1) Orientation: Content does not restrict its view and operation to a single display orientation, such as portrait or landscape, unless a specific display orientation is essential. 2) Identify Input Purpose: The purpose of each input field collecting information about the user can be programmatically determined when: The input field serves a purpose identified in the Input Purposes for User Interface Components section; and; The content is implemented using technologies with support for identifying the expected meaning for form input data. 3)Reflow: Content can be presented without loss of information or functionality, and without requiring scrolling in two dimensions.

Additional Accessibility Notes – External Tools

Google reCAPTCHA

Google offers reCAPTCHA (v3 and v2) and reCAPTCHA Enterprise to help protect sites from fraudulent activities, spam, and abuse.

Missing form label | A form control does not have a corresponding label
On some accessibility testing tools this seems to be on an accessibility error causes by a textarea field that is not actually visible to the user until you turn the page styles off. With the integration of Google ReCAPTCHA on WordPress via Contact Form 7, we do not have control of the form to add an element and a title attribute to the field or add an area-hidden=”true” attribute to the field. Screen readers may still see this field and read it to their users but this does not take away from their access and ability to use Mastercorp.com.

Google Font

Google Fonts is a computer font and web font service owned by Google. This includes free and open source font families, an interactive web directory for browsing the library, and APIs for using the fonts via CSS and Android. Google Fonts is a catalog of open-source fonts and icons, makes it easy to integrate expressive type and icons seamlessly—no matter where in the world.

Noscript element | A <noscript> element is present.
Actuality: Both script and <noscript> versions of Google Font are offered on Mastercorp.com to better optimize the speed and delivery of Google Fonts. The script version is accessible to those using JavaScript (including users of screen readers and other assistive technologies).
