Orlando, FL — March 29, 2025 — MasterCorp Commercial Services is proud to announce the launch of a new partnership with Beebe Healthcare, expanding its janitorial and specialty floor care services into Delaware, the 29th state in MasterCorp’s national footprint. Services officially began on Saturday, March 29, covering 82 outpatient locations throughout Southern Delaware.
Beebe Healthcare is a leading, not-for-profit health system anchored by Beebe Hospital, a 210-bed facility in Lewes, Delaware, specializing in cardiac care, oncology, women’s health, and orthopedics. Recognized by U.S. News & World Report as the #2 health system in Delaware, Beebe serves the growing population of Sussex County, home to over 270,000 residents and popular vacation destinations like Rehoboth Beach.
The scope of the new three-year contract includes janitorial services for 82 outpatient facilities, totaling 407,495 square feet of medical space. These facilities vary in size, ranging from large specialty centers—like a 33,000-square-foot oncology center—to small utility buildings of around 100 square feet. Cleaning frequency is tailored to the needs of each facility, varying from one to seven days per week. While most cleaning is performed after hours, one Day Porter is assigned to the Beebe School of Nursing building to provide daytime support.
As part of this partnership, MasterCorp Commercial Services will also deliver specialty floor care services, covering VCT, LVT, and carpeted surfaces across the entire portfolio. The 82 outpatient locations are spread across several communities in Southern Delaware, including 39 in Lewes, 7 in Georgetown, 4 in Milford, 11 in Millsboro, 5 in Millville, 3 in Milton, and 13 in Rehoboth Beach.
