Dan Boudreaux
Senior Vice President, Finance and Accounting
Dan Boudreaux is a strategic and results-driven finance leader who brings over 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry to MasterCorp. Throughout his career, he has built and led high-performing corporate finance and accounting teams that have delivered strong business insights and operational success. Prior to joining MasterCorp, Dan held key financial leadership roles at Bally’s Corporation, Caesars Entertainment, and Hard Rock International, where he supported complex financial operations and transformation initiatives.
He began his career at the international public accounting firm PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, developing a solid foundation in financial compliance and reporting. Dan holds an Accounting degree from the University of New Orleans and an MBA from Loyola University. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA), and a member of both the American Institute of CPAs and the Louisiana Society of CPAs.
