As Chief Governance Officer, Nathan’s unwavering commitment to upholding our values has been instrumental in shaping and preserving MasterCorp’s culture of trust, dependability, and service.

Nathan Grindstaff began his journey with MasterCorp at an early age, working hands-on in several operational roles throughout his youth and young adulthood. From stripping units and making beds to serving as a housekeeper and carpet cleaning technician for over a decade, Nathan developed an unparalleled understanding of the company’s positioning in the market. While pursuing his law degree he worked in the Human Resources Department, gaining further insight into the business and its people.

Upon earning his Doctor of Jurisprudence —where he graduated as Salutatorian and was inducted into the Society of Cooper’s Inn— Nathan was named Associate General Counsel at MasterCorp, bringing his operational and legal expertise together to support the company’s governance and compliance strategies. Today, as Chief Governance Officer and a member of the fiduciary boards of both MasterCorp, Inc. and The Kibo Group, Inc., Nathan brings a unique, ground-up perspective to the executive leadership team. He is widely recognized for his passion for the company, dedication to its people, and commitment to ethical leadership.
